Custom Frame & Mesh

Sometimes a screen frame is too bent, weathered, or damaged to reuse. In these cases, we build a brand-new custom frame to fit your exact window or door opening. Each frame is cut, assembled, and screened to match your home’s dimensions and style.

We only use durable aluminum framing to ensure strength, a clean look, and a long-lasting fit. After the frame is built, you choose the mesh type that works best for your needs:

Mesh Options & Pricing

  • Standard Charcoal Mesh – $9.50 per square foot
    A cost-effective and durable option that works well for most homes.

  • UltraVue® High-Visibility Mesh – $11.75 per square foot
    Almost invisible to the eye, UltraVue® offers crystal-clear views and maximum airflow—ideal for scenic Truckee homes.

  • Pet-Resistant Mesh – $13.50 per square foot. Heavy-duty, vinyl-coated polyester mesh designed to withstand dogs, cats, and heavy use. Perfect for sliding doors and high-traffic areas.

    • 👉 All pricing is based on the finished screen area (frame + mesh). Every frame is measured and built to fit perfectly.
